The Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Wake Forest University School of Medicine is seeking candidates for a Section Chief role to lead the section of Electrophysiology. We are in search of a candidate who combines proven leadership and administrative skills with an outstanding record of academic and clinical accomplishment, dedication to excellence in clinical, research, and/or teaching, and the creative vision to help shape the future of a dynamic section and growing programs. As Section Chief, we expect the successful candidate to have experience and vision to grow the Electrophysiology program in the Wake Forest and surrounding markets. This is an outstanding opportunity to further develop a well-established program and lead the Section towards success in clinical care, education and academics. The Section Chief will be responsible for all clinical aspects, educational efforts, program development and quality improvement initiatives associated with the service. Section members participate in shared inpatient service and call, outpatient clinic and procedures.
