Role: Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) Location: Gray Birch Residential Unit, Augusta, Maine Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hrs/wk Shift: Evenings (3p-11p) Job Description: As a CRMA at Gray Birch, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing high-quality care and medication administration under the supervision of registered nurses. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents by assisting with their medication needs and ensuring a safe and orderly environment. The Work: Under the supervision of an RN, performs basic patient care activities and administers medications Distributes medications to residents per physician orders and completes required documentation Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to the nursing staff Assists with keeping the patient's environment safe, clean, and orderly You Have: Current State of Maine CRMA certification is required Personal Support Specialist (PSS) required or within 120 days of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider preferred 1 year or more of experience is preferred Why Join MaineGeneral?
