This is a full-time, hourly position.
Job Summary
The Bulk Truck Receiving/Shipping Operator ensures a uniform method of receiving and handling bulk components to verify that the material received matches the ingredient ordered to maintain the purity of ingredients during unloading and routing.
Job Description Weigh bulk loads and tare trucks by using the truck scale Check the freight bill or the bill of lading with the purchase order to determine that the product was ordered for ADM Alliance Nutrition Communicate ADM's safety and quality expectations with drivers and ensure they remain compliant while on ADM property. Complete bin inventory as required or necessary. Close bulk tickets properly. Operate the WEM bin and bulk loadout systems. Read the bulk usage report and verify with Production Supervisor to determine which bins to unload product into Inspect material before unloading for wetness and foreign particles Inspect the bulk unloading system after unloading/loading a truck ensuring the system is clean preventing any cross contamination Provide visual inspections of trucks to prevent cross contamination Obtain product samples as needed Responsible for ensuring area is kept clean Maintain bulk load receipt spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel Adhere to the bulk load out & bulk receiving SOP. Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent 3-5 years of manufacturing and/or warehousing experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to read and have basic math skills ADM requires the successful completion of a background check. REF:100591BR
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
