Wellington Regional Medical Center . Your Role at a Glance
Staffing Model :
4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage 2.3 mid-level providers covering NICU during the day 1.5 mid-level providers covering the newborn nursery during daytime hours
Responsibilities :
Care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery Attend high-risk deliveries Oversee daily responsibilities in the nursery Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care
