Role Summary: Leveraging advanced analytics techniques, this position will provide analytic reporting, support, and strategic recommendations for internal and external stakeholders to help drive optimal media spend. This position requires an eye for numbers, intellectual curiosity, proficiency at problem solving, a strong command of online media, and an understanding of traditional media. The candidate must be a team player and responsive in a client service environment. Your Day to Day: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing measurement methodologies (MMM), incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution through requirements development and data analysis. Support paid media teams by providing reporting and analytics across various channels, including paid search, metasearch, affiliate marketing, programmatic display, paid social, and traditional media. Conduct hands-on analyses of large media and campaign data sets, interpreting results to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Maintain strong relationships with business functional areas to accurately translate client requirements into technical specifications and reporting. Utilize SQL and analytical software to develop data extracts, perform statistical analyses, and create visual representations of data to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. What We Need From You: 5+ years of progressive experience in business and marketing analysis, with a focus on leading project teams and expertise in relevant business areas. Strong proficiency in marketing measurement and attribution, including MMM, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution using tools like GA4 and Adobe Analytics. Advanced SQL skills for large-scale data extraction and transformation, coupled with deep familiarity with digital media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. Hands-on experience with modeling and forecasting techniques, including regression and ROI modeling using Python or R to assess media effectiveness. Proficient in data visualization and reporting, creating dashboards with tools like Tableau and Power BI, and skilled in designing A/B tests and analyzing campaign impact. Location
