Lunch Support Staff - Bethlehem
Do you have experience in food service and enjoy creating a positive environment for young people? Buxmont Academy is seeking a friendly, dependable individual to join our Bethlehem campus as a Lunch Support Staff Member. Buxmont Academy operates six campuses across southeastern Pennsylvania and is dedicated to helping students grow both academically and emotionally through the use of restorative practices. Our team - made up of teachers, counselors, and support staff - works together to build strong, healthy school communities. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, for up to 29 hours per week. In this role, you'll play an important part in students' daily routines by helping ensure lunchtime is welcoming, organized, and enjoyable. Responsibilities Include:
Setting up the lunch area and distributing prepackaged meals Keeping the lunch space clean, organized, and compliant with county health standards Engaging positively with students during lunchtime Maintaining accurate records of meals and supplies Traveling locally to pick up food (must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation) Requirements:
