Accounting Manager
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to oversee financial operations and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles and practices within a US environment, and will be responsible for managing various financial processes, including payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations. Responsibilities
Bookkeeping in Priority ERP, including financial and operational modules. Record supplier invoices and issue customer invoices. Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations, as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations. Drive collections efforts and resolve billing inquiries. Coordinate monthly payroll submissions and payments. Liaise with external accountant and auditor for tax filings and statutory reporting. Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods; manage inventory receipts. Assist in shipping, packing, and basic logistics tasks. Manage general office administration, including supplies, vendor relationships, and site upkeep. Provide ad hoc financial and operational support to Site Manager and corporate teams. Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience in a US environment. Proficiency with ERP systems; Priority ERP experience is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a small-team setting. Strong communication skills, comfortable on calls with international stakeholders. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Additional Skills & Qualifications
