Facilities Maintenance Technician
We're looking for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing plant running smoothly. You'll handle maintenance and repairs for various systems and equipment, making sure everything works safely and efficiently. Your Responsibilities:
Perform routine checks and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building fixtures. Follow maintenance schedules to keep machines and equipment in top shape. Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical issues. Team up with coworkers to solve complex problems. Keep detailed records of repairs and parts used. Follow all safety rules and industry standards. Support production teams to prevent equipment-related delays. Key Skills:
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repairs Carpentry, drywall, and building maintenance Strong troubleshooting abilities EPA Universal Certification required Bonus Experience:
Experience with boilers, chillers, RTUs (2100 tons), and air compressors Skilled in electrical work (240V+), and plumbing tasks like replacing sinks or toilets Ability to read schematics and do basic PLC troubleshooting Comfortable using hand tools and doing hands-on repairs Why Join Us:
