Municipal Project Manager

Position Type: Full Time Location: Warrington or Malvern, PA Salary Range: $90,000 to $130,000 annually, with potential for performance-based bonuses. We are seeking an experienced Municipal Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of projects that enhance community infrastructure. This role requires a professional who is adept at representing municipal clients and managing complex engineering tasks. Key Responsibilities: Represent municipal clients as Township or Borough Engineer, acting as a primary or supporting consultant. Attend and actively participate in municipal meetings, providing representation and insights for clients. Manage and review subdivision and land development plans to ensure compliance with municipal ordinances. Oversee design and rehabilitation of stormwater management systems, detention basins, and infrastructure improvements. Assist clients with state and local permitting processes. Prepare comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and engineering assessments. Provide construction support services, including contract administration, project coordination, and budget management. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to deliver high-quality municipal services. Engage in business development activities to grow municipal and utility engineering services, including securing new clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Over 10 years of relevant experience preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Pennsylvania is required. Proficient in municipal engineering, including client representation and public works design. Experienced in subdivision, land development plan review, zoning, grading, and stormwater management. Familiarity with MS-4 Programs, including Pollution Reduction Plans (PRPs). Skilled in construction administration, budgeting, and escrow account management. Some experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred. Proven business development experience and strong client relationship management are highly desirable.
