SMT Quality
Operate and manage SMT equipment, including Juki Pick & Place machines, Reflow Ovens, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, and Wash Machines. This role involves setting up and tearing down SMT machines according to detailed work instructions, loading feeders with electronic components, and ensuring the accuracy of production documentation. You will also make minor machine adjustments, clear machine jams, position PCBs on machine fixtures, monitor machine operations, perform visual inspections of assembled boards for quality issues, complete production records accurately, and follow all safety procedures. Responsibilities Operate SMT equipment including Juki Pick & Place machines, Reflow Ovens, AOI systems, and Wash Machines. Set up and teardown SMT machines as per detailed instructions. Load feeders with electronic components according to setup sheets. Verify components and follow production documentation. Make minor machine adjustments and clear machine jams as needed. Position PCBs on machine fixtures and monitor machine operation. Perform visual inspection of assembled boards for quality issues. Complete production records and batch logs accurately. Follow all safety procedures and protocols. Essential Skills Assembly and production line experience Mechanically inclined Ability to stand during the majority of the shift Experience with electronic assembly and hand tools Additional Skills & Qualifications No prior experience required
