CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Contract Program Manager to support a potential opportunity with the Office of the Chief Digital & Artificial Intelligence Officer within the Department of Defense. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing the planning, direction, coordination, and control necessary for effective and efficient accomplishment of all requirements contained in this contract. Preparing the Task Order Management Plan describing the technical approach, organizational resources and management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance and schedule requirements throughout the Task Order execution. Developing task kick off materials that outline support plans and how the project will be managed. It should include recurring engagement with government resources, travel schedules, and high-level activities. Conducting In-Process Reviews (IPRs) as needed and providing information regarding contract status. This position is contingent on contract award. Work Environment: Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and/or occasional loud noise (airfield, large equipment). Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Physical Demands: While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear. Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Business Management or a related field. Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access. 10 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the staff support and/or consulting fields. 5 years' experience in data, AI or IT related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA PM Level 3. Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus. Professional proficiency in English is required. Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications. Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID. Preferred Qualifications: Current, active, TS/SCI security clearance. Master's Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration.
