The NFL Media Group is seeking versatile digital producer and editor with advanced skills in Premiere and After Effects for a seasonal position. The Digital Video Editor is responsible for executing weekly deliverables for all NFL Media platforms. This producer-editor can work autonomously or with a story producer on feature stories or elements. This position is responsible for editing, post producing and finishing features while working with a Post Supervisor. Roles & Responsibilities Manage the storytelling behind each creative output to ensure it is clear, concise, and tailored to our digital audience Exhibit knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including advanced skills in using Premiere and After Effects Design, build and animate various graphics and elements for NFL digital platforms Involvement in all aspects of daily and weekly post-production delivery of original content for network, digital, and social platforms Work closely with decision-makers daily in terms of concepts/ideas, storylines, and post-production Post-produce feature stories from start to finish, including managing the editing and delivery Formulate and develop storylines during post-production in collaboration with producers, writers and other departments Post-production of high-end features, short form docs, and cross-platform elements Coordinate graphics and other elements for various NFL Media platforms Communicate with all parties involved in post-production processes to ensure quality storytelling and timely delivery of features Adhere to established post-production workflows, and schedules to meet deadlines and follow best practices as set forth by the department A creative team attitude is mandatory in all tasks requested from the smallest to largest project assigned Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in journalism, broadcast media, web production or related field preferred Relevant experience in a production environment working with digital/social media platforms 1-3 years of experience is more commonly aligned with Level 5 placement, weighed in concert with portfolio 3-5 years of experience is more commonly aligned with Level 4 placement, weighed in concert with portfolio 5-7 years of experience is more commonly aligned with Level 3 placement, weighed in concert with portfolio 7-10 years of experience is more commonly aligned with Level 2 placement, weighed in concert with portfolio 10+ years of experience is more commonly aligned with Level 1 placement, weighed in concert with portfolio Experience editing high-end content for social/digital platforms Advanced user of Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Premiere and After Effects Other Key Attributes / Characteristics Must follow and have thorough knowledge of the National Football League, associated events and storylines Must be able to take complex stories and concisely tell them to our fans Post-production experience with brand-sponsored digital content is preferred Must be able to meet quick, critical deadlines and adapt quickly to changing schedules High level of attention to detail Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Terms / Expected Hours of Work Start: August 2025 40 hours/week, for up to 7 months Candidate must be available & willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays This is not a remote position. This is an in-office position located at NFL Films in Southern New Jersey. Salary / Pay Range This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
