The Senior Manager, Inclusion and Employee Experience will report to the Senior Director, Inclusion and Employee Experience and will play a key role creating, leading, and supporting programs to enhance culture and enrich the employee experience at the CF Foundation. This individual will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing a wide range of initiatives, including the employee resource group (ERG) program, culture-related learning opportunities, employee engagement survey activities, and other related projects. This individual is a big picture thinker, planner, and self-starter with solid project management and meeting facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, listen, build trust, and actively seek alignment with various teams and individual stakeholders. This individual will work collaboratively with senior leaders including departments heads and other key stakeholders to advance the Foundation's culture and employee experience efforts. The position requires flexibility, confidentiality, and a commitment to embrace and demonstrate CFF's values. This position is based in Bethesda, MD and requires one day per week in the office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Shape, lead, and embrace culture and employee experience programs that demonstrate CFF's values and focus on commitment and accountability, inclusive culture, consistency, and fairness. Lead the employee resource group (ERG) program, including governance, strategic guidance, programming and event support. Design, develop, and deliver culture-related learning opportunities independently and in partnership with other learning and development professionals in the organization. Support and/or contribute to key organizational priorities, initiatives, and projects impacting CFF's culture and employee experience. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback on programming and identify areas for continuous improvement. Stay current on and incorporate best practices, trends, innovation, and new ideas into programming. Acts as a navigator, coach, and/or key reporting channel for employees experiencing challenges related to culture or their employee experience. Performs other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Human Resources, or another related field. Relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of education. Minimum of 8-10 years of project management, change management, human resources, organizational development and/or business operations experience required. 1-2 years of inclusion and belonging programming experience preferred. Experience driving organization-wide program/project management efforts. Demonstrated leadership ability, including success with navigating a broad range of stakeholders across departmental boundaries. Ability to communicate with expertise and strength in both supportive and challenging situations. Ability to balance strategic planning and critical thinking with detailed project management and task execution. Ability to follow directions thoroughly and approach work with an awareness of the team's and organization's broader goals and values. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build trust and communicate effectively with all levels of staff throughout the organization. Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, depending on the circumstances and program requirements. Learning and development content design, development, and delivery skills. Group facilitation skills, including ability to plan and execute effective virtual meetings and discussions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe. Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently. Relevant licenses and certifications a plus. Reporting Relationships

Reports to the Senior Director, Inclusion and Employee Experience. No direct reports. Working Conditions

Normal hybrid (remote and in office) environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, and temperature. No heavy lifting required. Specific salary varies based on geographic location and is commensurate with experience. This position will be posted for a minimum of 5 days or until the position is filled.
