We are seeking a Kentucky licensed real estate agent to join our team and make an immediate impact in Hopkinsville, Oak Grove and surrounding areas. Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price Buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents Create and update a Property Activity Log (PAL) for each vacant property Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time What Qualifies You
