Desktop Support Technician
to support a restricted cloud based program in Reston, VA. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing tier I and or II desktop support for the customer and end-users in a 24x7 operation environment.

Shifts:
Day Shift, Swing Shift, Night Shift
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the customer and end-users in regards to technical issues Provide troubleshooting, patching, configuration, remediation support to computer hardware, and software applications Handle ticketing system to track issues and document completion of tasks Qualifications:
Active Top Secret - SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph Interest and willingness to learn technical support duties Experience working in Linux and or Windows environments Desired Skills:
Experience with help desk or desktop support related duties such as troubleshoot support for hardware Desire to have exposure to the MS Azure Cloud Compensation:
Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000 Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, federal holidays, and sick leave
