The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Overview • Provide leadership, oversight, and coordination for Business Operations Support Services and Technical Assistance to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). • Manage decentralized support operations across multiple DCSA divisions and operating offices. • Ensure alignment of support services with agency mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Oversight • Serve as primary contractor point of contact for DCSA leadership. • Lead and coordinate activities across multiple divisions and locations. • Develop and maintain work plans, schedules, and performance metrics. • Ensure quality and timely delivery of support services tailored to each division's needs. • Manage project risks, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions.

Operational & Technical Support

o Oversee delivery of support services such as:

o Administrative and business operations support

o Program and project planning assistance

o Policy and procedure development support

o Data analysis, reporting, and records management

o Meeting, conference, and event coordination

o Procurement and budget tracking support • Standardize processes while accommodating division-specific requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication • Maintain regular communication with government stakeholders to track priorities and requirements. • Facilitate coordination between decentralized offices to ensure consistent service delivery. • Prepare and present reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Personnel Management • Lead, supervise, and mentor multi-disciplinary teams. • Assign staff and resources based on workload demands across divisions. • Oversee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of team members.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred). • Minimum 8 years of progressive program management experience, including 3 years on federal contracts. • Proven success managing decentralized, multi-site operations with diverse requirements. • Strong understanding of federal contracting and compliance processes. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Superior verbal and written communication abilities. • Active security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications • Prior Department of Defense or intelligence community experience. • Familiarity with DCSA's mission, structure, and priorities. • PMP or DAWIA Program Management certification.
