We launch and scale consumer brands through direct-to-consumer channels, third-party marketplaces, and retail distribution. We're hiring a full-time Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and ensure our Santa Ana office runs smoothly. This role combines executive support, office management, event coordination, and light recruiting and shipping tasksideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, resourceful, and eager to grow. You'll collaborate closely with the CMO, HR Coordinator, and executive team to help drive efficiency, engagement, and organization across the office. What You'll Do
Manage the CMO's calendar, emails, meetings, and follow-ups Support recruiting coordination and internal scheduling Organize team events, office outings, and seasonal celebrations Maintain office organization: supplies, groceries, mail, and deliveries Coordinate shipping of samples and packages, including post office drop-offs Greet and assist office visitors and incoming deliveries Help execute internal culture initiatives and employee recognition moments Assist with general office tasks and department support as needed
