For nearly 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and nationwide. Calvary's proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music. Summary of Duties: To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well being of patients and staff. Create and implement individualized treatment plan for patients in a timely manner. Treatment plan is consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments. Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input. Therapist Job Requirements: Masters degree in counseling related. Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW) Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card Successful completion of BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment Successful completion of Verbal De-Escalation Training, within 30 days of employment Experience working within a IOP and PHP Program Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
