Lyft is seeking an experienced Procurement Center of Excellence Manager to join our Global Supply Chain Team.
In this role, you will enable Procurement best practices through process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. You will develop strategic business partnership relationships and execute comprehensive strategies to support business growth and deliver operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Global Supply Management (GSM) and cross-functional stakeholders to embed procurement standards into tooling and operational workflows
Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technology, insights, and leading best practices to enhance procurement effectiveness and user experience
Operationalize policies through smart automation; designing intuitive workflows that reduce friction and maintain compliance
Lead training and change management efforts for cross functional stakeholders; using customer insights to drive change management
Maintain documentation for procurement workflows and best practices across the organization
Serve as an advisor and partner to the business, providing subject matter expertise on procurement policies, training, and compliance requirements
Implement supplier relationship management (SRM) programs and KPIs to drive optimal performance and risk mitigation
Lead the end-to-end development and enhancement of procurement workflows; leveraging AI and automation to guide end users through intuitiveness design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Support mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion activities through Sourcing Expertise
Experience:
A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is typically required. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPM) may be advantageous.
Experience with procurement technology platforms (e.g., Oracle, Zip), advanced analytics tools, and Google Workspace
3 to 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferred

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $98,000 - $122,500. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
