The Q2 Sales & Success Center of Excellence is seeking a Sales Support Analyst who will provide technical and administrative assistance to Sales and Customer Success teams in support of revenue growth and retention. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, the Sales Support Analyst will deliver on key customer and prospect initiatives through data analysis, sales systems enablement, and project management. A Typical Day: Plan and execute improvement projects aligned to complex, matrixed sales organization needs Manage systems used by the sales team including content management, prospect or sales portal, customer success management, conversational intelligence, lead generation and others Communicate with and enable sales teams on key feature functionality within our sales systems Drive full feature utilization and adoption across owned sales systems Manage strategic vendor relationships for the sales team including quarterly check in meetings, review of upcoming product roadmaps, project manage delivery of strategic roadmap items within Q2, etc. Interpret operations and sales data and provide dashboards and presentations to leadership Oversee Salesforce and other system data integrity Ensure consistency in workflows and processes Provide technical and administrative support to Sales Work closely with Sales organization to understand needs and opportunities Communicate and manage change with global matrixed Sales teams Design and implement process improvement projects for efficiency and scale Work cross-functionally with IT and other teams across the enterprise to facilitate open dialogue around business needs and expectations Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here's What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce, Gong, Seismic and other sales and customer success management technologies and tools Knowledge of banking practices and software sales is preferred Experience managing projects and implementing change in a sales organization Experience building custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce as well as analyzing data and building charts in Excel Ability to simplify and summarize complex concepts Superior communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize initiatives Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail, a commitment to quality, results-driven and customer focused Strong command of PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft collaboration tools This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
