At La Vaquita Flea Market, we aim to provide a unique place for families to come together and enjoy a cultural experience right in their own backyard. We have over 500 vendors from countries all over the world. Our 700+ selling spaces include new and used merchandise, seasonal vegetables, freshly made food and so much more. We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Customer Service person to join our amazing team! The responsibilities will include but are not limited to, shopper support and information, shopper problem-solving and conflict resolution (i.e., lost kids, location of products, parking issues), working with security officers to resolve shopper disputes, managing and qualifying vendor leads and waiting list, managing the onboarding and move-in process, responding to vendor inquiries, submitting work order requests, ensuring vendors are following policies, vendor management based on assignment, and vendor rent collection. Work Remotely: No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: On-the-job training Referral program Experience level: 1 year Shift: 10 hour shift Day shift No nights Weekly day range: Every weekend Work setting: In-person COVID-19 considerations: Common surfaces are sanitized regularly.
