Hybrid schedule - up to 25% travel and travel for go-live Certifications: Willow Ambulatory is a must. Inventory, and specialty pharm are nice to have Interview Process: 2 interviews They need experience bringing up multiple (preferred) or at least one organization up on Willow Ambulatory from scratch Required Qualifications

Epic Willow Ambulatory certification

(current and in good standing)

Minimum

5 years of hands-on Epic build/support experience

in Willow Ambulatory

Strong understanding of outpatient prescribing, medication fulfillment, and pharmacy operations

Familiarity with

e-prescribing , drug databases (FDB/Medi-Span), and NDC mapping

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience supporting

Specialty Pharmacy ,

Retail Pharmacy , or

340B programs

Background in

pharmacy informatics

or outpatient pharmacy operations

Experience integrating with

automated dispensing systems

or

inventory management systems
