Analysis And Reporting Analyst
The COO division of Capital Markets and Advisory is recruiting to hire an Analysis and Reporting Analyst to support the COO. This role will operate as a central support person for the COO of the group. The Analysis and Reporting Analyst will be participating in all aspects of the day to day activities across multiple locations. Primary responsibilities include: Work extensively in CRM systems and utilize Business Intelligence and Analytics Software where applicable. Tableau experience a plus. Support the expansion of CRM and other databases to support growing Capital Markets platform. Represent and Support COO office in internal/external audits/reviews offering insights into CJMPS policies and compliance measures. Responsible for providing daily, weekly and monthly reporting to senior management of time sensitive and analytical data along with some initiative management Closely monitor active and prospect deals for the business Create reporting for senior level management tracking key information for various purposes and coordinate with other groups within the organization. Serve as an analytical resource providing critical analysis of decision systems. Ensure integrity of the data being used in extracted reports and ad hoc requests. Work closely with other business support colleagues to automate reports whenever possible. Handle special projects and requests as-needed, creating PowerPoint presentations and material review. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines. Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials: A minimum of 2-5 years operations management, finance and/or accounting experience with a bank or commercial finance company Effective written and verbal communication skills Solid understanding of accounting/analytical concepts Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently Solid understanding of operational risk analysis, and general internal/external Proficient in building PowerPoint presentations and working with other Microsoft applications; Excel and Word Knowledge of the commercial bank preferred but not required Hours & Work Schedule: Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
