Supply Chain Logistics Associate (SCLA) Intern

We buy ingredients to make our products, design capabilities and equipment, create and package food, and distribute our products. As a Supply Chain Logistics Associate (SCLA) Intern, you will experience a robust 10-week internship at one of our US manufacturing plant locations with hopes that you'll roll into our full-time SCLA program upon graduation. During your internship you will: Lead complex projects while leveraging General Mills project management processes and standards Managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain network, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations Plan production schedules to meet business requirements and key events while maximizing production efficiencies You will be placed at one of our manufacturing plant locations nationwide. Minimum Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management or related degree Graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 Preferred Qualifications: Strong academic record Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills Demonstrated understanding of supply chain principles and experience in process improvement initiatives Internship is 10-weeks in Summer 2026 Relocation assistance (if eligible) The hourly rate for this position is $27.12/hour.
