As a Principal Engineer you will lead a team of up to 30 members across multiple workstreams, ensuring efficient, and effective project execution. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance in the design and development of solutions for SAP platforms Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement software solutions that enhance the functionality and performance of these platforms Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure that solutions meet quality standards and best practices Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing systems Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in platform solutions Technical responsibilities: SAP SAP BASIS: Knowledge of SAP system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting SAP HR: Experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules SAP Security: Expertise in SAP security concepts and user management SAP Functional: Proficiency in SAP MM/QM, PM modules SAP Financial: Experience with SAP FI/CO modules You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years of experience in SAP development and implementation 3+ years of experience utilizing ABAP source code Experience as a technical lead, leading large transformation programs, and aligning technical solutions with strategic business goals Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Professional certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g., SAP) Experience in a similar industry or sector The preceding description is not designed to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities required of the position.
