Quality Assurance And Quality Control Manager
The Quality Assurance And Quality Control Manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing the Quality Control Inspectors to ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards. This role involves developing and enforcing quality control processes, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. This position will be for an industrial manufacturing client estimated project length of one year with possible extension. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership And Supervision: Oversee a team of Quality Control Inspectors, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective quality control processes. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to inspectors to enhance their skills and productivity. 2. Quality Control Processes: Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements. Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control processes and identify areas for improvement. 3. Compliance And Standards: Ensure that all quality control activities comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Stay updated with changes in industry standards and regulations, and adapt quality control processes accordingly. 4. Data Analysis And Reporting: Analyze quality control data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports to senior management on quality control performance and recommendations for enhancement. 5. Problem-Solving And Improvement: Identify and address quality issues by collaborating with production, engineering, and other departments. Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality problems and prevent their recurrence. 6. Training And Development: Provide training to Quality Control Inspectors on quality control procedures, tools, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage inspectors to develop their skills and knowledge. 7. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with other department managers, inspectors, auditors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality control objectives and strategies. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a culture of quality excellence.
