Adjunct Faculty Instructor For Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)

Compensation: $32/hr Worksite Location: NCAT Campus Overview / Job Summary: The Adjunct Faculty Instructor for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) provides specialized subject matter expertise. This position requires the instructor to teach courses, adhere to lesson plans, meet course objectives, begin and end courses on time as scheduled, and maintain academic integrity and professionalism. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to: Managing and supervising students in all assigned classroom and laboratory activities, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment. Providing timely updates to students regarding course content, requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance expectations. Innovating, revising, and endorsing curriculum improvements that align with the objectives of the program and enhance student learning experiences. Ensuring that each program/class meets the WSU Tech Course Standards and incorporates all pertinent curricular components, utilizing effective teaching methodologies and reflecting current industry practices. Maintaining an effective learning environment across various instructional modalities.
