TheraCorp Behavioral Health is seeking a
Community Outreach and Social Media Coordinator Floater Positio n
(CCC)
to support our dynamic team across multiple office locations. This role combines traditional client care coordination responsibilities with flexible travel support and proactive marketing outreach efforts. The Community Outreach and Social Media Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional client service while stepping in to cover absences and vacancies across our offices. This position also plays a vital role in external outreach and brand representation under the direction of the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities
Marketing & Outreach: •Execute outreach tasks in collaboration with the Director of Operations •Plan, Schedule, Coordinate, and deliver branded materials and establish contacts with local doctors' offices, gyms, salons, yoga studios, schools, and other relevant vendors •Represent TheraCorp at networking events, vendor shows, and school-based events •Maintain an updated outreach contact list for each office and follow the
ECV Marketing Method (Email, Call, Visit x3) •Prepare outreach packets and manage inventory of materials for various locations
Client Care Coordination Responsibilities: •Greet and check in clients in a professional and welcoming manner •Collect and process copays/coinsurance, and update client information •Answer and triage phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries •Schedule new client intakes and manage ongoing appointments •Contact clients on the waitlist and respond to rescheduling needs •Provide in-office administrative support, including document scanning, form management, and appointment confirmations
Float Coverage: •Serve as a flexible support CCC for
vacation coverage, sick calls, or unexpected absences
at any TheraCorp location •Be available to
report to another office with same-day notice , as needed •Maintain strong communication with the Director of Operations regarding location assignments •Must be comfortable working independently in unfamiliar office environments and traveling

Qualifications
Requirements: •Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly across New Jersey. Currently, the travel requirements are to TheraCorp's 5 offices; however, as additional locations are acquired, travel will be required to the new offices as well •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills •Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver •Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively •Prior administrative, receptionist, or healthcare office experience preferred •Marketing, Networking, or outreach experience is a huge plus
Schedule & Hours: •Full-time position with varying hours based on coverage needs •Flexibility is essential, as occasional early morning changes may occur based on CCC availability across sites
