Job Description Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year of MRI experience License: Valid State License Certifications: ARRT certification, BLS certification
Must-Have: Experience in Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, and Pediatric Acute Care settings Proficiency in imaging of abdominal, female & male pelvis, chest, brain, face/neck, hip/bony pelvis, knee, shoulder Familiarity with PACS and Siemens equipment
Description: We are seeking a skilled MRI Tech with a strong background in neuro, abdominal, and musculoskeletal imaging to join our team. This role focuses on day shifts and supports outpatient imaging. The candidate will be required to perform MRI scans and create images of the body for diagnostic purposes. Experience in various imaging techniques, including magnetic resonance angiography and venography, is essential. Familiarity with electronic documentation systems is required. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in patient care and safety protocols. A strong set of technical skills and experience working in diverse clinical settings is preferred. Additionally, candidates must be willing to participate in call and weekend shifts approximately every sixth weekend as part of the role. The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Adherence to all safety procedures and protocols in the imaging department is expected.
