Your Role: Serve as the primary point of contact for major municipal clients and lead multidisciplinary project teams Market and develop client relationships, assist with proposals, and manage project pursuit efforts Prepare and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules using Tetra Tech's PM tools Perform and oversee hydraulic modeling, design calculations, and detailed design of municipal water/wastewater infrastructure Develop engineering reports, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and permit packages Provide construction-phase support, including meetings, site visits, and contractor coordination Ensure quality standards and compliance across deliverables and documentation Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal team development and knowledge sharing Collaborate with regional leadership to grow business in South Florida Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's preferred) Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida (required) 6+ years of progressive experience delivering municipal water/wastewater projects Proficiency with AutoCAD (required); GIS and stormwater master planning experience a plus Strong client-facing skills and ability to deliver technical and business presentations Proven ability to lead teams, manage proposals, and execute projects successfully Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Life at Tetra Tech includes: Comprehensive and market-competitive benefits.
