Structure, underwrite, and manage Working Capital Solutions (WCS) transactions while working constructively with Program Managers and Portfolio Management teammates. Collaborate with internal partners including Banking, Risk, Operations, and Legal to achieve seamless transaction execution, appropriate risk mitigation and strong client experience. Working Capital Solutions products include Supply Chain Finance (SCF), Receivables Purchase Programs (RPPs) and Trade A/R Securitizations (ARS). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Works closely with senior banking professionals, product specialists, clients and other internal and external constituencies to help drive business growth. Leads all aspects of SCF and RPP structuring transaction execution, including organizing teams and handling engagement with internal and external constituencies, sharing product and advisory ideas internally and externally, and managing resolution of complex client transaction issues. Drives all aspects of Trade ARS structuring transaction execution and on-going management, including initial underwriting as well as on-going portfolio management. This includes coordinating with internal and external constituencies to (i) complete legal documentation review and negotiation, (ii) complete credit analysis for new deal underwriting, subsequent renewals and amendments, and annual reviews, and (iii) effectively maintain client relationships through annual touchpoints and facility analysis. Leads support work, business development and/or product/client relationship management. Assists in the generation of ideas and strategies for new business opportunities. May supervise junior staff (i.e., Associates, Analysts, and Interns) by assigning and overseeing day-to-day work. Adheres to risk/compliance policies and guidelines. Required Qualifications BA/BS degree 8 - 10 years of related work experience Advanced knowledge of industry, markets and products Advanced skills in financial analysis, underwriting, and risk mitigations Strong knowledge of legal documentation and proven negotiation skills Strong (i) written and oral communication and (ii) interpersonal relationship management skills Preferred Qualifications MBA degree, with a Finance focus 10-12 years of related work experience 2-4 years of management experience General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
