Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis
will be the sole owner of the end-to-end leasing process, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, timely execution, and accurate tracking of all leasing activities. This highly process-oriented role requires a detail-focused individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large datasets efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, capable of setting clear expectations, managing deadlines, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full leasing process lifecycle, from initiation through execution and close-out Coordinate across internal teams (finance, asset management, research) to ensure alignment and timely completion of reporting deliverables Set and enforce clear deadlines, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership Aggregate, organize, and maintain large datasets related to leasing activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness Identify and escalate inconsistencies or issues in data or process using sound judgment and a practical approach Develop and maintain tracking tools and dashboards to monitor open items, deadlines, and process bottlenecks Create and refine process documentation, checklists, and templates to drive consistency and efficiency Support ad hoc reporting and data requests related to leasing performance and pipeline Qualifications:
5-8+ years of demonstrated Finance and/or Accounting experience Bachelor's Degree in business, Accounting, or Finance required Strong project management and coordination skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to drive accountability without direct authority Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through Proficient in Excel; able to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to apply logic and judgment to resolve issues Real estate background a plus Familiarity with data extraction tools (e.g., Google LOOKER or similar) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus $125,000 - $150,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
