Invesco Corporate Finance Manager
Invesco's Corporate Finance team is a high-impact team of FP&A professionals who provide strategic direction to the global finance organization and support senior leaders on their overall planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of financial performance. This team plays a significant role in creating and delivering actionable data-driven insights and analysis to help the Executive Leadership Team and other key stakeholders understand business performance and develop performance improvement plans. About the role: This position is responsible for the support of leaders within the Technology and Operations departments including business decision support and planning, monitoring, and reporting of financial performance. The manager will be responsible for leading processes and solutions to identify and ensure efficiencies in forecasting and analysis, including metric-driven financial models to evaluate profitability and cost management. Developing and maintaining successful relationships with key business partners is critical to success. Responsibilities of the role: Provide comprehensive financial results to Operations, Technology, and Transfer Agency partners on a monthly basis Collaborate with business partners on large initiatives (transformational efforts including new platforms, resource planning, etc.) and provide cost/benefit analytics and comparative reporting Manage budget and forecasting activities and communicate regular updates Support allocations and profitability efforts for legal entities, regulatory requirements, and management reporting needs Maintain cost center hierarchy structure and coordinate with business functions to assure alignment Provide reporting and analysis on headcount and related compensation impacts on financial results Evaluate areas for potential cost savings and efficiencies and incorporate into financial projections Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes and execute Requirements of the role: BS in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative discipline, or MBA with a concentration in Finance or Accounting, CPA or CFA a plus 5-7+ years of Finance experience with a concentration in financial planning, management reporting, quantitative analysis, scenario planning, and decision modeling Prior experience in investment management industry is a plus Knowledge of Oracle and/or Hyperion planning is a plus High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint and Word Able to work with business partners to understand industry dynamics and identify key business drivers and their financial implications Able to continuously develop knowledge of the industry and drive alignment between Invesco strategic goals and FP&A support of the business Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is a plus Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation Able to work independently to deliver well-rounded analysis that incorporates input from key internal stakeholders Able to work in a team environment across functions and geographic locations Commitment to accuracy and ability to review your own work is a must Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple workstreams and projects Pursuant to Invesco's Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm's most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
