$17 per hour in first shift $18 per hour in second shift 55-60 hours per week Essential Skills For Operating Industrial Sewing Machines In Medical Device Manufacturing

Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines. Ability to prepare the machine with the correct thread and adjust tension. Basic mechanical knowledge to identify machine problems. Capacity to follow standardized production procedures and complete training. Skill to increase production to meet expected levels within 13 weeks. Efficient time management to maintain a consistent workflow and meet daily quotas. Attention to detail to inspect finished products and ensure they meet quality standards. Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Knowledge of safety and quality control standards in medical device manufacturing. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination for precise stitching. Physical stamina to remain seated and focused for long periods. Ability to solve problems and know when to seek assistance or call maintenance. Skill to collaborate effectively with trainers, supervisors, and maintenance staff. Ability to communicate issues, ask for help, and understand instructions clearly. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
