CNC Machinist
We are seeking skilled machinists with well-rounded skills in operating mills, lathes, and grinders with machine set up experience. Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machining centers Begin in the gear grinding department and transition based on work demands Read and interpret blueprints, tooling instructions, and work instructions Adaptability to work in various departments as needed Responsible for documentation and quality inspection Calculate dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times Collaborate with supervisors, programmers, engineers, and support teams to resolve issues Rotate between different department work centers as required Load and unload component piece parts weighing up to 25 lbs Utilize shop math skills effectively Essential Skills
At least 4+ years of machining experience 2+ years of CNC set up experience Ability to perform quality inspections Proficiency in reading blueprints and basic shop math skills High school diploma or GED Additional Skills & Qualifications
CNC set up experience is a plus CNC schooling or certification is desirable Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr. Paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k program, and overtime available. This is a fully onsite position in Twinsburg, OH. Application Deadline
