Highlights: Opportunity to do 100% SNFist or have a split practice between outpatient primary care and nursing home rounds. Incoming clinician will primarily be covering three facilities in Oshkosh and two facilities in Fond du Lac on occasion. Generous student loan forgiveness program plus sign on bonus.
