Structural Welder
Join a dynamic fabrication team where you will perform fluxcore MIG welding on components for steel bridges up to 1/2" thick. You will work from blueprints to execute full layouts and fabrications, while occasionally operating overhead and Jib cranes. This position involves using a variety of equipment, such as band saws, drill presses, stud welders, and grinders, to fabricate bridges. Expect to move around the shop and weld in challenging positions, including crawling under materials. Responsibilities
Perform fluxcore MIG welding on steel bridge components. Execute full layouts and fabrication based on blueprints. Operate overhead and Jib cranes as necessary. Utilize various equipment including band saws, drill presses, and grinders for fabrication. Ensure structural integrity with welding and fabrication tasks. Pass a 3G vertical up weld test on 7/8 plate with full penetration, verified by X Ray Inspection. Essential Skills
Strong structural welding experience. Proficiency in MIG and fluxcore welding. Ability to work independently and determine tasks without direction. Capability to lift 50lbs, kneel, stoop, and crawl consistently. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work in a small-sized structural fabrication shop that can be messy and lacks air conditioning. Choose between 2nd Shift from 4pm to 2:30am or 1st Shift from 5/6/7am to 4:30pm, with two 15-minute breaks and a half hour unpaid lunch. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
