CNC Swiss Operator

As a CNC Swiss Operator, you will be responsible for running long production runs on CNC Citizen Swiss machines, primarily working with aluminum and occasionally with precious metals. Your duties will include inputting metal into the vise, ensuring the machine operates correctly, and visually inspecting parts using quality equipment such as micrometers, pin gauges, and calipers. You will also work off blueprints on repeat jobs to ensure precision and accuracy. Responsibilities

Operate CNC Citizen Swiss machines for long production runs. Work with aluminum and some precious metals. Input metal into the vise and ensure machine operation. Perform visual inspections of parts using quality equipment. Utilize blueprints for repeat jobs. Essential Skills

2+ years of CNC Swiss Operation experience. Experience utilizing blueprints. Proficient in machining and CNC operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Technical Degree in Machine Tool Technology is a nice-to-have. Familiarity with Fanuc systems and G&M codes. Experience in medical device assembly is beneficial. Why Work Here?

You'll be working with an older Horizontal Haas Mill, engaging in unique and exciting projects, including government and military-grade equipment. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
