Description
Completes all assignments as delegated under the direction of the Supervisor or Leadperson. Instructs and trains employees in their work area. Immediately informs the Department Supervisor of any problems that may arise. Must be able to perform industrial painting. Assists in controlling the quantity and timeliness of work performed by their group. Completes all paperwork needed within their area of responsibility. Reports any mechanical, electrical or safety problems to the Department Supervisor or Leadperson immediately. Responsible for physically lifting up to 100 pounds as required. Adheres to all common safety practices and procedures including the wearing of protective equipment and clothing as required. Adheres to the Company's plant hygiene standards to ensure high product integrity. Ensures work area is clean in accordance with good housekeeping practices. Responsible for execution of food safety, legality, quality policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to: GMP's, HACCP, safety, equipment and area sanitation, food security, plant security, etc. Must maintain a valid PA driver's license and complete the physical required by law to operate trucks. Ensures safe operation of forklifts, electric pallet jacks and all industrial man lifts. Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor.
