Cultivate and sustain a robust network of industry contacts, including fellow agents, lenders, and inspectors, to ensure seamless transactions. Lead Generation:
Utilize proven tools and technology to generate leads and enhance lead flow. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License
in the state of Idaho Minimum of
1 year of experience
as a Real Estate Agent and
closed 3-6 transactions Proven track record of
successful property sales Strong knowledge of the
local real estate market
in Treasure Valley and surrounding areas Excellent
negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using
real estate software and CRM systems Customer-focused
with a commitment to providing exceptional service Reliable transportation
