Must-Have: - Client experience - Radiologic exam interpretation (unofficial) required - Lumbar puncture preferred - EMG (Electromyogram) preferred - NCV (Nerve Conduction Velocity tests) preferred - Pain management procedures preferred - Peripheral nerve blocks preferred - Spinal/paraspinal/epidural blocks preferred - Botulinum toxin administration (Botox) preferred
Description: We are seeking a locum tenens neurologist to join our team. Providers should be available for at least three weeks each month. Candidates who are not available for this amount of time will not be considered. Interviews will be scheduled in coordination with a reviewing physician who has limited availability. Please include your interview availability in your bid. The position typically follows a Monday to Thursday schedule from 8 AM to 4 PM, with flexibility on which days can be worked. Providers have the option of a later schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. Each shift is expected to have 8 to 14 patient encounters. Providers will need to complete the onboarding process for access setup. The start date can be as soon as onboarding is completed. Preferred skills include the ability to interpret radiologic exams and perform specific procedures.
