Responsibilities Assist clients
in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Conduct market research
to stay updated on property values, trends, and competitive listings. Prepare and present
detailed property listings, including high-quality photos and accurate descriptions. Negotiate contracts
and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining compliance with legal standards. Coordinate property showings
and open houses, providing potential buyers with comprehensive information and tours. Build and maintain relationships
with clients, industry professionals, and local communities to generate leads and referrals. Utilize CRM software
to manage client interactions, track progress, and follow up on leads efficiently. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License
in the state of New Jersey Minimum 2 years of experience
in real estate sales or a related field Proven track record
of successful real estate transactions Strong knowledge
of local real estate market trends and regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in CRM software
and other real estate technology tools Ability to work independently
and as part of a team High level of professionalism
and ethical standards Strong organizational skills
and attention to detail Reliable transportation
and willingness to travel within the service area Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
as needed Bachelor's degree
