Job Description
Maintain and update student transportation databases, including bus routes, schedules, and eligibility status. Review and close out incident reports using ServiceNow (SNOW) system. Monitor bus locations via GPS to improve routing efficiency and ensure timely service. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and vendors to resolve transportation issues and provide timely communication. Assist in the coordination and execution of school field trips. Process and manage MetroCard/OMNY card distribution and records. Coordinate rideshare services for students as needed. Support reimbursement and procurement-related tasks. Assist in incident management of transportation assets and vehicles, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Provide support in employee workforce management. Respond to and manage incidents, ensuring documentation and follow-up. Perform data entry tasks. Provide general administrative support and complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Computer Savvy Customer service experience Attentive to detail Ability to multitask Ability to communicate clearly verbally and written Experience working with confidential data or information A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
