Job Summary
We are currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented
Manufacturing Operators
to join our production team in
Attleboro, MA . In this role, you will support day-to-day operations by assembling, inspecting, and testing products using various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities Perform assigned production tasks safely and efficiently while following detailed instructions and standard operating procedures Assemble components and operate tools or machinery to meet daily production goals Visually inspect products at each stage to ensure quality, accuracy, and correct assembly Perform basic product testing to confirm functionality Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles Identify and report issues, and assist with basic troubleshooting as needed Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the plant Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately Strong work ethic with good organizational skills and a team-first attitude Comfortable using hand tools, basic machinery, and computers Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work while standing or sitting for extended periods Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when required Clean room experience is a plus
