is seeking a compassionate and skilled

Occupational Therapist (OT)

to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to help patients improve their ability to perform activities of daily living and regain independence. The OT will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams across a variety of healthcare settings.

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' functional abilities related to physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments. Develop and execute customized treatment plans focused on increasing independence and quality of life. Implement interventions such as therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment training, and self-care skill development. Educate patients and caregivers on strategies for continued improvement and safe home environments. Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor and reassess treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed to meet patient goals.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate degree

in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current licensure

as an Occupational Therapist in the applicable state. Certification from NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy). Minimum 1 year of clinical experience

preferred in acute care, rehab, or outpatient settings. Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and functional training techniques. Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills.
