CTG is seeking to fill a C2M Administrator position for our client in Dallas, TX.

Duties: Administer, configure, and maintain C2M (Customer to Meter) and related Oracle Utilities Applications. Manage and support OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) environments, including configuration, deployment, user and security administration, and performance tuning. Oversee environment management activities across OUAF applications such as C2M and CC&B. Implement and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for C2M development and deployment. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support migration projects and ensure smooth system integrations. Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability and performance. Develop and maintain automation scripts using SQL, Shell, or Python for administrative and operational tasks. Support WebLogic, Oracle Database, and Linux environments used in OUAF applications.
Skills: Strong hands-on experience with C2M and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Shell, Python). Experience with WebLogic, Oracle Database, and Linux environments. Expertise in environment management, configuration, and deployment for OUAF-based applications. Ability to manage and optimize application performance. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies for C2M deployments.
Experience: 6+ years of experience administering C2M or similar Oracle Utilities Applications. Experience working on OUAF migration projects. Proven track record in managing configurations, deployments, and security across OUAF applications like C2M and CC&B.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
