In the dynamic role of SAP Warehouse Lead at Monster Energy, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing warehouse operations with high-octane energy. With a keen eye on team performance, you'll strategically distribute workloads, setting realistic yet challenging goals that push boundaries and elevate the team to new heights. The impact you'll make: Conduct daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems. Prepare and maintain records of inventory. Compile inventory reports and provide findings to management. i.e. blocked stock, expired/short-dated product and ZPOD report. Works with supervisor to develop and implement inventory control procedures. Assist in identifying cause of issues, implementing process improvements. Manage holds and releases for all blocked stock and QI product. Process and assist with all reversals of Post Good Issue (PGI) and Receipt of Goods (ROG). Responsible for batch changes and item conversions. Support, aid shipping and receiving departments. Trains and oversees warehouse control team. Provides direction for complaints and issues from our Customer Service department or warehouse staff regarding orders or inventory. Notify team of new products, promotions, configurations and special requirements. Support promotional inventory. i.e. promo cans. Assist repack team with work order postings and inventory movements (hold releases, allocating stock, TO creation). posting Raw Materials (RM) transfers, processing special label requirement, Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) orders. Oversee weekly production and clean-up of vendor stock. Assist with direction of special re-work projects. Oversee the documentation associated with all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy, Bill of Ladings and Stock Transfer Orders, damaged goods reworked by repack. Assist supervisor with key performance indicators tracking for inbound/outbound cases. Who you are: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Accounting, or related field of study Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations including receiving, shorting, or shipping materials Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in beverage industry Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and SAP Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated base salary of $25.00- $33.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
