Responsibilities Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program. Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis. Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties. Negotiate offers effectively on behalf of both sellers and buyers. Monitor and manage tasks and activities using PLACE Technology. Host two open houses each month. Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments. Engage in weekly script practice in accordance with team standards. Participate in team activities as per team guidelines. Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls. Advise sellers, convert consultations into listings, and market properties effectively. Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services. Qualifications Highly motivated sales expert with a competitive edge Exceptional at establishing rapport, attentive to client needs, and adept at identifying solutions Proficient in prospecting and lead generation Naturally skilled at overcoming objections Strong communicator with a dedication to service Collaborative team member Licensed real estate professional Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Eager to learn and focused on growth Well-organized Open to learning scripts and dialogues Superior time management skills About-our-team
