What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous caregiving experience (preferred) California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
(required) CPR & First Aid certification (preferred) Caring, patient, and dependable individuals Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Ability to follow care plans and deliver respectful, quality care
Your Role as a Caregiver
Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene Support safe mobility, transfers, and walking Give medication reminders Prepare nutritious meals and encourage hydration Provide companionship and emotional support Escort clients to appointments and activities Monitor and report changes in health or behavior Keep accurate documentation and communicate with the care team
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
