CNC Programmer
Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota Shift: 1st shift, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM
4:00 PM (flexible start time between 79 AM) Salary Range: $62,400

Dynamic, creative, project-based company developing products for medical, aerospace, industrial, and consumer markets. Due to exponential growth, we are seeking a CNC Programmer to help reduce lead times from six weeks to three by increasing machined hours. You'll work alongside a tight-knit team of Industrial Designers, Engineers, Machinists, and Product Fabricators to deliver exceptional designs, prototypes, and products. Key Responsibilities
Setup and run 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills and CNC lathes (Haas and DMG Mori/Siemens Control preferred) Light programming and prototype part development CAM programming, fixture design, and machine setup (MasterCAM preferred) Project management, scheduling, inspection, CMM, and quality documentation Order tooling and materials as needed Communicate optimization ideas to engineering Track time and materials to meet production and budget goals Required Skills
CNC programming (5+ years) MasterCAM and SolidWorks proficiency Mill programming and CNC setup GD&T understanding Prototyping and lathe experience Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fabrication shop Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Independent work ethic and team collaboration Why Join Our Team?
